The purpose of this Home Buying Guide is to help you understand the process of finding and buying a home, to acquaint you with the kinds of housing and financing choices that are available and to assist you throughout the home buying process.

Some of my buyers find a briefing I give very useful.  I call it Real Estate 101.  I like to use the Home Buying Guide as a point paper when I go through it.  It only takes about 45 minutes.  If you think this would benefit you please – just let me know and we’ll schedule a time.  

I also offer my clients their own web-site to conduct their property search from.  There is no more efficient way to search for a real estate property to buy, or evaluate a selling price, than the Bay County Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  For the most up to date information use our search site.  We link directly to the Bay County MLS.  From our site (YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGESTER TO SEARCH), if you do register you will be given your own web-site from which you can view all the listings you search for, save your searches, and you can set up to be notified by e-mail when new listings become available that meet your criteria.  Also the system will place new properties on your site as they become available.  For this I do need your name and e-mail address.  It is Smart Moves Real Estate strict policy not to share any information we gather with anyone.
