When you are buying or selling property in today’s real estate market, it’s important to have confidence in your real estate professional.  Thank you for taking the time to get to know me better.  Because of my father’s work, my family traveled a great deal.  Entering the United States Air Force in the early 80’s gave me another opportunity to travel both overseas and in the states.  The experience of living in numerous states as well as other countries has given me a unique outlook on the relocation process.

I have also been awarded the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certification and CHS (Certified Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative Specialist. For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are now the “traditional” real estate transaction. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales and HAFA as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today’s market—they are critical.
